This apartment is perfect for business travel, or just to check out the best of Kansas City. This space is not shared, you have your own apartment!

The space
Apartment is large! Private fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, enclosed patio with additional seating/work area.
Apartment includes towels, linens, dishes, desk space, TV & WIFI internet for a comfortable stay in Kansas City!
Apartment is inside the building with secured access.
This building has no elevator and there are 2-3 steps up to the building and also stairs up to your unit. The building has 3 floors.
All units have similar finishings. (May not have exact same furniture as pictured)

There is Free street parking.
There is also a parking garage just a short walk from building (located to the North East.) It is free for Plaza shopping guests, but requires a paid parking pass for extended & daily parking.

Laundry is located in basement and is operated by an app.
Each apartment has a work space and TV with High Speed G-Fiber.
We do not provide streaming services. You are welcome to log in to your own or bring your own Fire or Roku Stick.

Other things to note:
This is a historic building. It is 100 years old. We have nice, modern furnishings (not all furnishings are exactly as pictured )
there are a few quirks to note:
1. There are stairs (no elevator)
2. Some lights are on pull chains
3. Heat is radiant and comes out of the radiators throughout the apartment. We also provide electric space heaters for comfort.
4. Air Conditioning is provided by window units.
5. No Dishwasher

*Utilities are included in this apartment, However if electricity bill exceeds $120, You will be responsible to pay the difference.  (average electricity bill for this apartment is less than $100 per month.)
*There is Paid Parking available in a nearby garage for $80 per month. Message for more details.
